Since below 6mos old palang si baby hindi pa ko nagstart to give her solid foods. Pero I decided to give her smash potato, squash and avocado when she reach 6mos old. I can't wait and excited na rin ako to give those foods to my baby.. :) #BabyMama
Best food for baby at 6-month old are puree/mashed food like squash, sweet potatoes, avocado, banana, broccoli, carrots and chicken strips na pwede finger food for baby. Ito usually ang mga food na sini-serve ko sa baby ko.👶🤱💞 #Babymama
My baby is now 7months last nov 22 and the first solid food I gave her is mashed banana with cereal and added her formula milk and she loves it! I also gave her apple puree, kalabasa puree, carrots with cereal, kamote and avocado. #babymama
