Baby Recipe: Banana Fritters
Suitable for babies 8 months onwards. #nosalt #nosugar 3 sweet ripe bananas (mashed) 1 cup plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder Enough warm water (about 5 - 6 tsp) Mix all ingredients except warm water. Add warm water gradually until mixture is thick, sticky but can be spooned to fry. Rest the batter for at least 5 minutes. Spoon (or by hand) mixture in dollops onto hot oil and fry until golden brown.
