Lactating Mom Soap Recommendation

Honestly, I just use regular mild soap, Dove or Cetaphil, kasi sensitive skin talaga when you're breastfeeding, at ayoko ng perfumed stuff na baka ma-transfer sa baby. A few of us mums prefer fragrance-free or baby-safe bars para walang worry, and honestly it's way cheaper din than buying specialty lactating mom soaps na parang marketing lang most of the time haha! What matters most is na gentle lang siya at hindi drying kasi our skin gets extra sensitive during this phase.
