vitamins and supplements

can you suggest me good vitamins / supplements in a liquid form to give to my 3 year old daughter. She always have cold and flu. There are many brands and i am not sure which one is good. Can you tell me the brand the type. e.g sambucol brand, type have many kids. Appeciate show the picture how it looks like so i can buy the correct one. thank you so much parents.
