Alhamdulillah, tahniah atas lahirnya baby sulung kamu! Memang challenging masa GDM + GBS, tapi kamu dah buat yang terbaik untuk baby, so jangan hard on yourself. Honestly, a few of us dalam circle kawan went through induced labour juga, memang stressful the waiting before it happens, but after baby arrives semua rasa worth it je. Sekarang focus on recovery, minum plenty of fluids, makan yang bergizi, dan jangan hesitate to ask your nurse or doctor pasal aftercare terutama if you have any concerns. You've got this, mama, first few weeks memang hazy dengan tiredness, but reach out to your mum friends, family, or your gynae whenever you need support or ada questions about baby's feeding or your own healing!
