Is it Petechiae?

Spotted this 2 spots appearing out of nowhere on my 6 month baby's leg. He is otherwise active and playing. Is this a cause for concern?

Petechiae is multiple small red dots so this doesn’t look like.. I don’t think it’s a concern!
