S1 is better than s9. I'm using s1 at home and s9 when out. S1 can clear my boobs super well. But s9 need a longer time to clear and sometimes the suction hurt

S1 hospital grade, strong suction but bulky. S9 smaller, portable but not hospital grade, suction not as strong

S1 cause the functions are similar and it’s much cheaper
