Advice from my OB is during 14weeks above. But beware na nagcacause ng panic, anxiety and worry ang paggamit ng home fetal doppler if di ka po trained or sanay, especially po sa paglocate ng heartbeat at difference ng tunog ng mommy and baby's heartbeat, placenta or intestines mo. Always do regular check ups na lang if not advice ng OB mo. Ako kasi advice sakin gumamit dahil may history of stillbirth ako at since marunong kami ng husband ko at trained din para instead of every 2 weeks ang ultrasound e malessen lang to every month.
