Hair Problem

Hi, My son is 19 month old now and we've noticed that his hair is beginning to fall off during shower time. Its only when we're drying his hair or if we're combing our hands thru his hair gently and a few strands would fall off. He is currently using Cetaphil Shower/Shampoo. Anybody went thru the same thing?
