Baby weight not increasing

My son is 13 months but when we went for MMR vaccination doctor said that his weight is not increasing as expected. But we feed him 3 main meal and 2 snack and also formula in between . He is eating well too. Also my son is very mobile he won’t sit and play for 5 minutes . Anyone have same situation ? # weight

Since he is so active, the calories are burning off fast, but even so, if the PD flagged the weight, I would go back and ask them directly what the target is and whether you need a referral to a dietitian. Sometimes they can tweak the formula type or calorie density of his meals to help him catch up.
