It’s my 4th month of pregnancy. And It’s been 2weeks that I’m suffering with insomnia.

Sobrang hirap. I knew I need complete rest and sleep. But these times so frustrating. Don’t know what I would do. Some pieces of advice please. I am not sleeping even in the daytime kasi nga working mom. Pero bat hirap na hirap ako ma tulog at night. I’m afraid for my unborn baby. 😔😢
