Will smoking cigarettes affect quality of my bm? Should I pump and dump too?

I have read that nicotine, like alcohol, could be freely pass into the breast milk. I have also read that smoking has been linked to early weaning, lowered milk production, and inhibition of the milk ejection ("let-down") reflex, and fussiness (in babies).
