Aw, yan talaga ang hirap ng first trimester! Good news, a few of us mums have tried the Vicks inhaler stick para sa morning sickness, at safe lang siya for pregnancy kaya pwede mo gamitin ng peace of mind. One of my mum friends swore by the Vicks vapor rub din, nag-dab lang siya ng konti sa chest at tumutulong talaga sa nausea, especially pag giabi na. Besides the Vicks, some things that helped our group were warm honey water, ginger tea (pero ligtas lang), at plenty of rest, parang ang body mo talaga need ng recovery time during this phase. That said, definitely still check with your OB just to be extra sure given your specific situation, para ma-clear nyo both of you na lahat ay okay. Kaya mo yan, mama!
