Period tak teratur

Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Honestly, period yang berubah macam tu boleh jadi normal jugak especially kalau stress, diet berubah, atau hormones tengah naik turun, a few of my mum friends pun pernah alami gitu. Tapi since yours dah definitely berubah dari biasa, better to check with your doctor or gynae to rule out anything, sebab period pattern yang tiba-tiba lain baiknya confirm dengan expert, okay? Jangan risau, most of the time nothing serious, tapi good to get peace of mind!
