Ahhh first baby jitters! Honestly sayang, tanda-tanda bersalin tu macam-macam, some mummies keluar mucus plug (macam slimy discharge), then ada yang contraction irregular dulu, ada yang air ketuban bocor sikit-sikit je tak obvious. Few of my mum friends said they rasa macam perut keras keras naik turun, and some pun dapat period-like cramps. The thing is, setiap orang beda, ada yang tiba-tiba je sakit contractions every 5 minutes, tapi ada jugak yang sakit hours lagi baru progress. Kalo dah rasa benda pelik, jangan shy je call your doctor or midwife, better safe than sorry kan, especially first time! You're gonna do amazingly well
