Eh confusing sangat kan when period lambat tapi test line satu je! Honestly periode boleh delay sebab stress, puasa, or hormones je, a few of us moms experienced that tengah Ramadan tu, badan jadi funky. The numbness and cramps tu biasalah juga, tapi since you're 5 days late and uncertain, better lah test lagi after a few days or go see your doc just to confirm either way, at least you'll have peace of mind, takde lah worry-worry. Jangan stress dulu, most of the time it's just body doing weird things, but doc can settle it in 2 minutes je
