A Letter To My Children

𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 Dearest Sky and Sunny, The day when I heard your tiny heartbeat Mommy’s heart was filled with so much joy From then on, keeping you safe becomes my ultimate goal. You both cried when you had your first shot But do you know mommy cried even more? Mommy knows it hurts a lot But know that it's for your own good and that’s for sure. Whenever you are weak and sick Mommy feels deeply in pain And it’s truly heart-wrenching To see you my dearest ones suffering. That’s why mommy did the best I can To bring you to your immunization schedule every month The shot may hurt you for a while, Giving you immunity and protection will be worthwhile. I am proud that both of you have finally made it You have completed the required shots needed. But mommy still checking for available boosters To continue your protection against serious diseases.
