But since you're noticing it quite frequently and it's your first baby, better jaga-jaga and check with your doctor or midwife just to be safe, they can listen and confirm everything's good. One of my mum friends had the same thing and it turned out fine, tapi dia jadi lagi tenang after the doc checked. Jangan worry sangat, but don't hesitate to call your clinic if it gets stronger or ada bleeding ok!
