Wah, diarrhea + sakit perut at 32 weeks memang boleh bikin panik! Tapi the good news is baby still aktif, so that's reassuring. Honestly, cirit-birit sendiri bukan sign of labour lah, it's usually just gastro or something you ate, tapi since you're having the cramping every 30 min throughout the night, better check with your doctor properly sebab beza antara Braxton Hicks (which is more tightening, not painful) dengan actual contractions, dan only a doctor can confirm. One of my mum friends kena gastro at 30+ weeks and panicked thinking it was early labour, but turned out just food poisoning; she was fine after. Keep an eye on your contractions timing and if the pain gets worse or regular, jangan tunggu, terus go to the hospital okay!
