Period delay 14 hari tp upt masih negatif

Akak, 14 hari delay tu memang boleh buat anxious kan, tapi UPT paling akurat actually is from the first day of missed period onwards, so yours should be reliable by now lah! Since you're already 14 days late, I'd honestly suggest just go see your doctor instead of waiting further, because delay boleh due to so many things (stress, hormonal, etc) and a doc can check properly and maybe do a blood test if UPT keeps negative, which gives you clearer answer. A few of us in my mum group have had late periods that turned out to be nothing alarming, but the peace of mind from seeing a doctor is worth it honestly, especially when you're this worried.
