At 32 weeks ka na, you really need to breathe properly para sa little one, so don't hold back sa nebulizer if kailangan mo talaga, one of my mum friends was paranoid pa about it, pero ang ob-gyn niya straightforward lang: asthma medication is essential, hindi ito optional. Since you're having an attack right now though, best to text or call your doctor ASAP para ma-clear with her kung gaano ka-safe ang frequency for you specifically, better safe and reassured!
