Aw, ang kulani under the ear can be tricky kasi madali lang maging irritated yung skin doon, lalo na kung humid! A few of us tried keeping the area dry talaga and gently cleaning with a soft cloth, pero honestly if it's persisting or parang may discharge or redness, better to check with your pedia para sure kung fungal or just heat rash lang, kasi babies' ears are so sensitive and we don't want it getting worse.
