Hindi ako nag-IUD agad after birth, pero a few of my mum friends did and mostly okay lang sila, some had spotting or cramping for a few weeks, pero normal daw yun. Best talaga to chat with your OB about the timing and what to expect, kasi depends sa how your body recovered at kung vaginal or cesarean birth mo, basta make sure they know your full history!
