New born Screening

Uy mama, don't worry, contaminated samples happen talaga, kahit sa best hospitals yan. A few of us went through the same thing, one friend's baby had to be retested din kasi may issue sa collection, pero everything turned out perfectly fine naman! Since baby looks perfectly healthy and strong, most likely yan lang talaga yung issue sa first sample, hindi sa results. Just go back for the retest para ma-complete lang ang screening properly, and I'm sure you'll get the all-clear, pero if you're still anxious, don't hesitate to ask your doctor to explain the results once you get them back, that's what they're there for! Kayang-kaya ng baby mo, mama.
