Ay, first time mom ka rin, nakakabilib! Hindi ko na-experience yan sa babies ko but a few of my mum friends had similar findings during ultrasound, one of them was told it's mild dilation and they just monitored with repeat ultrasounds every few weeks, tapos nag-improve na lang eventually. Definitely check with your OB or pediatrician para sa clear explanation and what the plan is, kasi bawat case is different and they need to assess kung gaano kalaki and if there's any other concern, pero most of the time hindi ito emergency, okay lang yan follow up lang.
