The thing is, at 1 year old, you might want to double-check with your pedia kung okay lang mag-soymilk regularly or if kailangan pa rin ng cow's milk or formula para sa calcium at other nutrients na important sa development niya, bawat brand has different fortification levels kasi, so maganda lang malaman directly from your doctor kung aligned sa needs ng baby mo. If your LO is doing well on Vitasoy, Silk should be fine din as long as it's fortified, pero asking your pedia would give you peace of mind talaga!
