RASHES SA LEEG

Sino po dito naka experience magkaroon ng rashes? 4months preggy po ako sobrang daming lumabas na rashes sa leeg ko at super kati lalo na pag gabi. Naresetahan naman na po ako ng ob ko ng ointment at cetirizine, kaso nag woworry ako sa pagtake ng cetirizine kahit sinabi ni ob na safe naman daw 😅 Ftm po kase.

Ay alam ko yan, sobrang uncomfortable lalo na gabi talaga ang worst! A few of us moms got pregnancy rashes din (heat rash, hormonal breakouts) and honestly the cetirizine helped a lot, your OB wouldn't prescribe it kung hindi safe sa pregnancy, so try to trust that naman That said, since you're still worried, mention it again sa next check-up or call your OB's clinic lang para ma-assure ka fully, kasi peace of mind is also important pag pregnant! In the meantime, light cotton clothing at maybe take lukewarm baths instead of hot showers to help with the itching.
