Anyone here po na may birth plan?

Oo naman, pwede mo talaga ilagay lahat ng yan sa birth plan mo! A few of us moms here did that, like, I specifically requested no male staff and limited visitors, at kinilig lang kami na super receptive ang hospital. Pain management preferences, privacy requests, lahat yan ay importante at dapat marinig ng medical team mo, kaya definitely isama mo sa written plan at i-discuss din with your OB personally bago mag-deliver para walang miscommunication on the day. Ang key talaga is communicating early with the hospital where you're delivering, kasi different facilities may different policies, pero most of the time willing sila mag-accommodate ng reasonable requests mo, it's your birth experience after all!
