Pessary to prevent preterm labor

Ay, I haven't tried this one personally kaya hindi ako makapag-share ng firsthand experience, but I know a couple of mums from our antenatal group na nag-undergo ng pessary insertion, isa pa lang ang nag-stick with the daily progesterone routine kaya naisip niya if she wanted mas detailed updates from others doing the same. Best talaga na i-ask directly yung OB mo kung may success stories sila, or maybe post sa Facebook groups ng pregnant mums dito sa Pinas kasi mas maabot mo doon yung mga currently doing it, they'd probably have the realest tips on managing the routine and any side effects!
