For ifc, only when the child is born then indicate interest or can be earlier?
My singpass only show my 1st child details but I can't add new child info. help pls!!
You can start applying for your second child interest 3 months before birth (if I am right) You will need to indicate EDD. Once your baby's born and you have the birth cert number, you are to upload the name and BC number. If you require to send your second child in ASAP you can follow up with the preferred school of your choice.

Hi! I experienced the same thing. FTM no choice life app only allows once kid is born. Have to call individual centres to explain and leave your name and contact.
Apply directly to school website. Theres no option thru ecda anymore nw its thru lifeapp bt cn only do once born
Earlier please the waiting list is super long
