Aww, poor baby! Singaw at diaper rash together ay usually from moisture and yeast, lalo na kapag maraming sweating or kung ang diaper ay naka-stay ng matagal, a few of us noticed this happens more during rainy season or kapag mainit talaga. For the mouth, check if siya ay kumakain ng something new o kung may thrush (yeast infection) na kumakalat, kasi diaper rash + singaw parang magkasama talaga. Best to bring her to the pedia para ma-check niya properly at ma-rule out kung ano talaga ang cause, especially since she's still so small at 7 months, mahirap mag-self-diagnose dito at gusto mo sigurado lang na okay siya. In the meantime, make sure ang diaper area ay talagang dry at bihain mo ng frequent diaper changes, tapos para sa mouth pwede mo i-keep clean lang with sterilized cloth. Sending hugs sa baby mo!
