Alhamdulillah the babies and your womb are okay! Bleeding during pregnancy memang scary, tapi good news the doctors confirmed everything is fine. Twin A cephalic, Twin B breech is actually quite common with twins, so just monitor closely and follow your doctor's advice on positioning, a few of us had similar situations and some managed natural delivery, some ended up with planned c-section depending on how Baby B stayed positioned near delivery. Take it easy lah, rest more, and keep all your follow-up appointments, especially since you're carrying twins. Hope everything goes smoothly for you!
