That's usually normal, pero since you're already 38 weeks, mas maganda talaga pag-check mo na sa OB mo just to be sure, sometimes it's just increased discharge which happens towards the end of pregnancy, pero para ma-rule out yung other things like infection or if your water bag is leaking, kailangan ng proper check lang. A few of us moms experienced that rin, and turned out okay, but better safe than sorry especially this close na sa due date na!
