Aw mama, I totally get the worry, a few of us din nag-alala about being induced kaya nag-avoid ng hospital! Pero honestly, walang specific "sign" at exactly 38+4 na guaranteed labor na, kaya better to let your doctor check you lang to see kung naturally progressing ka na or not rather than guessing. The thing is, if you're already 38+ weeks, your baby is safe na either way, so whether natural labor comes or induction happens, okay na yan for baby, pero I know it's still scary. One of my mum friends said her OB explained na kung you're ready, induction is actually smoother, so try not to dread it too much! Trust your instincts but definitely confirm with your doctor what's really happening with your body.
