Saya sembelit

Adoi, sembelit pastu keluar darah memang scary kan, especially time pregnant! Honestly, I'd go to the clinic or call the midwife first, they can check where the darah tu coming from (usually dari hemorrhoids je sebab strain sangat) and make sure baby okay, tak perlu rush to hospital unless they say so. A few of my mum friends had the same thing during pregnancy and it was just constipation-related bleeding, tapi kena check je to be sure, better safe than sorry lah. In the meantime, increase your water, makan fibrous foods, and jangan strain too hard next time. Hang in there, mama, first pregnancy memang banyak yang paranoid, totally normal!
