Daging terlebih atas luka episotomy

Adoi, sakit kan episiotomy luka tu, memang menyesal! Daging yang tumbuh atas luka (granulation tissue) tu normally akan kecut sendiri dalam few weeks lagi, tapi since you're at 8 weeks and it's painful, I'd really suggest check with your gynae ASAP, sebab sometimes kena trim or apply something to help it heal faster, so don't tahan sakit-sakit je. A few of my mum friends ada experience sama, one of them the doc just applied some solution and it improved dalam seminggu dua je, so it's worth asking! In the meantime, make sure lukanya kering and clean, avoid tight pants, and paracetamol or ibuprofen kalau sakit sangat boleh ambil. Hopefully your doc can speed things up for you, jangan takut to ask lots of questions!
