37weeks & 3days Sino dito binigyan ng OB ng prime rose kse closed cervix pa?

Ah mama, I haven't been given primrose oil kasi open na agad ang cervix ko, pero a few of my mum friends na may closed cervix at 37+ weeks ay ginawa lang ng OB nila, one swears by evening primrose combined with lots of walking, pelvic exercises, at frequent intercourse if okay lang sa partner (surprisingly effective daw!), habang isa naman just relied on the primrose supplement lang. Honestly, ask your OB kung gaano kalaki ang opening mo at if they really think primrose will help, kasi bawat pregnancy different talaga, some cervixes just need more time pa.
