share ko lang po, kakagaling ko lang from clinic.. 1cm na after 1 week ng 3x a day na oral primrose, another week naman po 2x insert na.. goodluck satin octoberians 🥰🥹

Yay, that's great progress! A few of us tried primrose din before labor, and honestly ang nakikita namin sobrang variable, some dilated quickly like you, iba medyo slow pa rin kahit consistent, so kaya mo na yan mama, one week lang next! Fingers crossed the second week with inserts moves things along faster, stay positive and rest well pag may chance mo!
