Water Filter

Honestly, water quality is such a real worry lalo na with kids sa bahay, I get it! For us, nag-invest kami sa a combination approach kasi sobrang dami ng options: may gravity filters like Berkey na reliable at walang electric pero ang tagal mag-filter, may under-sink RO systems na super effective pero mahal at water-wasteful, or you can go simple lang with pitcher filters like Brita or local brands na affordable pero kailangan mo palaging i-replace ang cartridges. Personally, we went with an under-sink RO para sa drinking and cooking water kasi the peace of mind was worth it for us, but I know families na happy lang with a good gravity filter and regular water testing, cheaper long-term. I'd suggest checking with your local DENR or asking your barangay kung ano usually ang concern sa water niyo (hard water, bacteria, metals, etc.) kasi iba-iba ang best filter depending sa actual problem, tapos from there you can pick what fits your budget. Pero overall, definitely get your water tested first para sure kung ano talaga the issue, then go from there!
