PCOS experience

Hai! I haven't personally dealt with PCOS, but a few of my mum friends have and honestly it's such a tough journey lah, ada yang struggle with fertility, some with irregular periods, and the weight management can be really frustrating. Since PCOS affects everyone differently, I'd really encourage you to chat with your doctor or a gynae who can run the proper tests and give you a plan tailored to your situation, because online experiences je might not fit your case exactly.
