22w kerap kencing

Ehhh sayang, very normal lah! Aku masa 22w jugak macam tu, minum sikit je dah rushing to the loo every 5 minutes Uterus dah membesar dan pressure pada bladder, plus hormone progesterone tu buat kidney filter faster so urine production meningkat. A few of my mum friends cakap masa second dan third trimester lagi teruk, so ikut je je flow mula-mula ni lah! Tapi kalau notice warna urine gelap or ada rasa sakit time kencing, better check with your doctor sebab boleh jadi UTI atau something; otherwise just enjoy your frequent visits to the toilet untuk warm up legs je before baby arrives
