Please jangan tunggu 3 minggu, go see that specialist ASAP or go to the hospital now. Condition macam ni needs urgent medical care, bukan boleh delay. Your body, your safety, your heart, semua penting. Don't be brave about this alone, okay? I'd reach out to your doctor today itself and ask for an urgent referral, or just go to the A&E if you need to. A few of my mum friends have been through similar heartbreak, and the first thing they all said is: get proper medical support now, not later. There are counsellors at hospitals too, you need someone to talk to, not just medical care. Sending you so much strength. Take care of yourself first.
