Semalam follow up check up lepas keguguran awal bulan haritu, Doctor check perut semua dah okay. Next pregnancy kena gap 4-5 bulan, if Cardio Specialist dah approve utk pregnant balik ☺️ Hopefully, semua kembali normal- Rindu nak rasa baby gerak halus

Alhamdulillah, sayang, bagus dapat clearance dari doctor tu, lepas ni just follow the 4-5 months gap and get that cardio approval, then boleh try lagi with peace of mind. I had a friend who went through something similar, and honestly the waiting period tu memang helpful untuk body recover properly, jangan rush. Semoga everything goes smoothly next time and you get to feel those little movements again soon, that feeling memang magical
