Aiyoh, don't worry too much lah! At 29 weeks, femur length can vary quite a bit, some babies just measure on the smaller side and catch up perfectly fine by delivery. A few of us had similar scans where baby's bones were tracking a bit small, but everything turned out normal in the end. That said, if the measurement is significantly below the normal range for your gestational age, it's worth asking your doctor whether they want to do a follow-up scan in a few weeks to track the growth trend, sometimes that extra check gives peace of mind, or they might refer you to a specialist for a more detailed look if needed. Don't stress yourself too much at this stage, but definitely have that conversation with your OB to see what they recommend next, okay?
