Aww sis, ang exciting na! Yung mucus plug with pink tinge is usually a good sign na your body is preparing, pero hindi guaranteed na bubutihin agad ang labor, it can still take days or even weeks pa, kaya huwag masyado mag-expect bukas hehe A few of my mum friends did light walking and movement to help things along, pero honestly best talaga is just rest and let your body do its thing, especially if you're feeling heavy na, pag excited na ang daddy mo bukas, baka mas relaxed ka rin which sometimes helps! Just keep an eye out for strong contractions, fluid leaking, or heavy bleeding, and contact your OB agad if anything feels off, pero otherwise enjoy the final countdown moments with your little one inside
