Hi mama! So placenta grade 2 at 24 weeks means your placenta is showing some maturation earlier than expected, usually grades increase as you get closer to delivery, kaya it's worth mentioning to your OB sa next checkup para ma-monitor lang properly. Since ito na ang second pregnancy mo, mas alam mo na rin kung paano ka mag-feel, but your doctor will want to keep an eye on it to make sure baby is getting enough nutrients and oxygen throughout the rest of your pregnancy. Don't stress too much though, a few of my mum friends had early grading din and delivered healthy babies, pero definitely check with your OB para sa peace of mind and to have a plan if anything needs to be watched closely.
