Sayang, perut mengeras at 34 weeks bisa jadi Braxton Hicks (false labour), tapi because you're having pain jugak, jangan tunggu, call your doctor or go to the hospital sekarang juga untuk check, okay? Better safe than sorry, especially first time pregnant. A few of my mum friends had the same worry at that stage, some it was just practice contractions, but doc still needed to confirm everything okay with baby. Just get checked out, baru boleh relax. Semoga semua baik-baik saja!
