Egg white keluar opk negative

Saya nak tanya normal ke kalau keluar egg white dulu baru opk positive..Egg white keluar pada 3/1 tapi opk negative..Hari ni 5/1 opk positive..start bila dan berapa hari saya perlu bersama ya?
