Aww first time mama, relax je! Set Seri Ayu tu basically confinement package yang dah pre-prepared, usually ada herbs, supplements, sama some skincare items designed untuk pantang period. Biasanya you just follow the instructions on each product, minum the herbal drinks as directed, pakai the creams etc during your 40-day confinement; you DON'T need to bawak to hospital sebab you'll get what you need there first, then use your set masa balik rumah. A few of us mums actually prefer having our own sets at home sebab we know the quality and it helps us feel more in control during recovery, just check dengan your gynae first if ada anything in there yang kena avoid, especially if you're planning to breastfeed. Good thinking ahead though, really sets you up nicely for pantang!
