Usually lepas you deliver, mula lah pakai, the warming pads, the herbal stuff, semua tu to help your body recover and prevent wind. A few of my mum friends pakai Seri Ayu, they cakap memang boleh help dengan bloating and overall recovery lah. Just follow the instructions dalam box dia, usually ada step-by-step, and ask the nurses at the hospital juga boleh, most of them familiar dengan these pantang sets already!
